Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 7pm on Thursday 12th October at St Columbas’ Church , Largs.
The main purpose of this meeting is to ensure all office bearer positions are filled. Anyone wishing a resolution to be moved at the AGM shall give notice of this to the Acting Club Secretary no less than 14 days prior to the AGM to allow inclusion in the Agenda on the night.
All season ticket holders are welcome to attend.
Anyone wishing to be considered for any of the following positions should ask for a nomination form to be issued- please email or ask any current committee member.
Please don’t be slow at coming forward as the club needs everyone’s support.
The available office bearer positions to be filled are as follows –
Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Chaplain, Sponsorship co-ordinator, Social Media co-ordinator, Advertising & Programme Editor, Hospitality co-ordinator, Kit Manager, Fundraising & Events co -ordinator, Club Photographer, Ground maintenance & transport Manager, Amateur & Youth team managers (one nominated per team).
OR you could just sign up as volunteer and assist in the day to day running tasks of the club. Again a nomination form is required.
