We have been deducted 3 points and handed a £100 fine for fielding an ineligible player.
This happened several months ago however despite our extensive efforts through the SFA’s Appeal process we have been unable to convince the Appelate Tribunal of the failings of the Comet system and the lack of procedural fairness applied to our case.
This decision is a significant blow to the club ( players, officials, sponsors & fans alike) however despite our extreme disappointment we shall now move on as there is no further appeal allowed.
We would like to thank everyone who supported us throughout this process and confirm that we will continue to push for greater transparency within the administration of our league.
